Resumen
Se presentan nuevos registros de anfípodos poco conocidos del suborden Amphilochidea asociados a una esponja marina (Porifera: Demospongiae) recolectada en el Seno Magdalena, región de Aysén. Se determinó la presencia de cuatro especies, pertenecientes a los infraórdenes Amphilochida y Lysianassida. Se documentan las especies Polycheria macrophthalma Schellenberg, 1931 y Aristias linnaei Pérez-Schultheiss, 2015, que no habían sido registradas desde sus descripciones originales, mientras que Andaniotes linearis Barnard, 1932 extiende su ámbito de distribución en Chile. Por último, se registra de manera preliminar una especie putativamente no descrita del género Aristias, dada a conocer aquí por un único espécimen hembra.
